Amazing Penthouse in Marina di Carrara

The Penthouse apartment was fantastic!! Superb views..one side ocean-view, the back-side Apuan Mountains. The wrap-around balcony is huge..we sun-bathed on the nice lounge chairs..The apartment is very modern and classy. Everything worked very well in the apartment, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, bed was really comfortable. You are in town, great restaurants just a minute or two away, the beach is also within a 3-4 minute walk. Highly recommend. Giulio was super helpful with overview of the apartment as well as advice on the local street markets and made our stay even better. Thank you!!

No wifi and no private parking

The location was very good and the view from the terrace was lovely. The apartment is big.

At the time of our stay, the place was falsely advertised as having both a "private parking" and "wifi". Neither was provided. The wifi was disconnected, which the host clearly knew about, but he didn't change that information on Booking.com. I would never have rented this place had I known this, as (being a YouTube creator) I need wifi for work, even during holidays, unfortunately. Due to this problem, I was faced with a huge drop in earnings that week. On top of this, there was no private parking. Sure, you could park "anywhere on the street," but there were usually no free spaces. Every day, we had to circle around the neighbourhood looking for a free space, which, again, was not something we paid for. When looking for accommodation, I use filters to avoid any of that. This particular apartment had no place showing up in my search results, and yet it did. When I demanded a partial refund, the host didn't agree to my terms, offering a much smaller refund that was unacceptable to me. At the end, Booking.com solved the dispute somewhat fairly. At the end, though, this apartment was still not worth the money I paid for it. I would never rent this place again.

Wir hatten ursprünglich eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. Leider war der Gastgeber plötzlich nicht erreichbar und wir mussten sehr spontan umdisponieren. Wir waren positiv überrascht, dass wir spontan gleichtags dieses Appartment buchen konnten und alles problemlos geklappt hat! Das Appartment war geräumig und sauber. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden ebenso wie eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer von der grossen Terrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral.
