The best day in Tuscany, perfect and scenic

This is my favorite stay in Italy The host is extremely helpful and pleasant. I really like her. This place is way more beyond my imagination It used to be an olive oil mill It’s very local and a very iconic structure I really recommend people who love Toscany countryside scenery to come here. I think I may come back next year to enjoy different seasons of Tuscany

Very nice hosts, amazing architecture, lovely river & hiking possibilities & close to the beach (around 12 minutes by car)

A lot of mosquitos in the garden due to a small river (pack same spray) and take care when you get out of the door as the street is directly beside it (pavements rarely exist)

Beautiful renovation of a grist mill - stay in a piece of history!

What a gorgeous place to stay! The apartment was fascinating to exploe and our host was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to accomodate our needs in so many ways especially when she found out my 86-year-old mother wasn't feeling well. Though there were a lot of stairs to climb, my mother was fascinated by the transformation of a grist mill into an apartment. Highly recommend!

Unforgettable vacation

Very clean, spotless, beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, laundry machine, fully equipped kitchen, amazing garden, bbq, free parking in front of the house. Federica is the kindest host we ever met, she made our stay extremelly relaxing and enjoyable. We greatly appreciated the 2 bottles of wine that we received as welcome gift. Many thanks to Federica for making our vacation unforgettable! Highly recommended.
