Unit was well equipped in kitchen and with bath towels. We expected but didn't get Kleenex and two bars of soap in each bathroom. Couldn't use pots & pans due to peeling Teflon but manager Blake was very responsive and got three new pans for us - thanks. Also had to ask for dishwasher soap in kitchen. Several dishes in cupboards weren't clean.

I love the location of this property. The sounds of the waves rhythmically beating against the lava rocks with the tropical flora sites and sounds are true paradise. I would have packed up the entire newly remodeled kitchen and taken it home with me if that were possible! A little disappointing: both bathrooms are windowless and do not have working fans! All the bed pillows could use replacing. They carry the oder from previous users. No number of pillow cases could conceal that smell! Those are the only setbacks. It's an amazing unit!
