A breathtaking direct oceanfront view from your living area that leaves people speechless! A HUGE L shaped Lanai that allows you to walk out and enjoy the jaw dropping coast line views. You feel like you're in your own world being in Building 5.
This end unit offers excellent privacy, plus extra windows for a light and open feel not often found with condominiums.

The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.
The owners of Unit#5201 want to provide the best service possible for their guests.
Property Manager will offer guests who book Unit#5201 the following additional services as a benefit, to you, the guest!
1. You have a complimentary concierge service to make Restaurant/Activity Reservations if you so desire to utilize
2. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you upon your arrival! (Additional Service Charge May Apply)
3. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.

This apartment had amazing views of the sunset and the ocean. The lanai was so relaxing to hang out on after a long day of exploring.
The only negative thing I have to say is the main bed in the master room isn't the most comfortable. Other than that, it was very clean and well taken care of.

We have stayed many places in Kona and this has to be one of our most favorite. It feels private and spacious with expansive ocean views. We have already recommended it to family and friends and will absolutely be back to enjoy this spectacular place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. We most liked being within feet of the ocean and hearing the waves constantly. The unit was clean and well appointed. Knutson was quick to respond to any questions. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation and this unit was perfect.
