Super upscale furnishings (like solid Koa wood) and recent remodel (new paint, etc). You're just steps from the surf breaking on the rocks. Super comfortable. Great location. The upstairs A/C make buzzing sound, needs repair. The walls are paper-thin, neighbors complained of TV noise, which to us was normal level (we turned it WAY down - our hearing is very good).

Great rental. Spacious. Beautiful view. Beds are comfortable. There is A/C which is not in all units at the condo complex. Kitchen is well equipped. Indoor and outdoor dining seating. Beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, beach towels included. Would recommend to friends! Only downsides were that the showers downstairs did not have adequate water flow and it was a bit of a drive from downtown Kona (however most attractions on the Big Island require driving.

This was our 3rd visit to KKSR,our first in this unit.The location within the complex can't be beat,quiet and secluded.The unit is beautifully furnished and the views are second to always,Knutson and Assoc. make the process painless,thanks Blake.
