This is a gorgeous ocean front townhouse corner unit. Being an end unit with additional side windows allows for additional light in the unit, and because it is located at the end of the building, you do not get additional foot traffic.
Split AC units have been added to each bedroom and living room. Fully equipped with free WIFI, a King bed and 2 twins, this unit also offers a sofa sleeper, ceiling fans in each bedroom as well as living room. Window A/C also located in the living area! Not a common amenity at this complex!
The pool is just steps away from the townhome with BBQ area nearby. Walking distance to Kahaluu Beach Park which offers excellent snorkeling, and to the Keauhou Shopping Center. This unit is professionally managed by a property management company who has been doing business since 1979! We're available virtually 24/7 to assist you with any problems that may arise. We can also assist you in finding any activities you wish to do while on island.

Nice little 2 story condo. Well organized kitchen. Confy furniture in living room. It was great being so close to the ocean. With-in walking distance of a mall with grocery store, restaurants etc... Have stayed in these units for years and this was the best one.

Wonderful stay with the sound of the ocean all night long and non-stop views of the ocean and waves crashing into the lava rock right off the lanai

We loved the view! You could eat onside with an amazing view of the ocean! Loved going to sleep with the sound of the ocean. It was nice to have the ceiling fan in the bedrooms because it would have been to hot upstairs to sleep. Bathrooms could use updating but loved the new floors upstairs!
