This is one of the better units in Beach Villas, nicely decorated, very comfortable. Located in a quiet part of the complex. Management company is very responsive, easy to work with.

This was our second time staying in O2. Since last year the living room sectional has been recovered and a new refrigerator was installed. The best feature in this unit is it has a screen on the front door. You can leave the door and the lanai slider open to have a great breeze. We had everything we needed and the property was clean. The beach equipment is now in the second bedroom closet instead of the garage along with the vacuum and extra towels. If someone is staying in that bedroom there isn’t much room for clothing in the closet.
