Property Manager Property Management is proud to represent this wonderful 3 bedroom townhome that sleeps 6! Have a larger group? We manage the 3 bedroom townhome right next door! Townhome#36 sleeps 8, for a total group of 14.

Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club, Townhome#37 has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. On the lower level you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, living area & private lanai. There is also a bedroom with 2 twins, & bathroom with a walk in shower. Upstairs you'll find 2 more bedrooms... The primary has a King Sized bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen Sized bed. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a vanity separated to make it easier for people to get ready in the mornings.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large, remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to use.
The Big Island is also known as the golf capital of Hawaii with 16 courses, 11 that are located in West Hawaii.

The facilities were clean, well equipped and very well maintained. It is settled on beautiful grounds with a close private access to a black sand beach. It has a terrific pool and other amenities close to the unit. It has everything needed for a wonderful vacation.

I have stayed at several VRBOs and I just expected more. More toilet tissue, more hand soap, more decorations etc. I just felt that this location provided the bare minimum. The price was not cheap so again my expectations were that I should not have to go purchase more toilet paper during my stay. There was a lot of road noise, no TVs in the bedrooms etc. I am not there to watch TV however it is nice to have it on while you are winding down at the end of the day. The unit was clean, the location was good.
