This modern condo will comfortably entertain 6 guests. The open dining and living room furnishings include private balcony, leather furniture, queen sleeper sofa and 65” Smart TV/DVD. The master ensuite has a king pillow-top mattress, 42” Smart TV/DVD, ample closet space and private balcony access. The guest bedroom features a queen pillow-top mattress, closet, 42” Smart TV/DVD. The fully stocked island kitchen includes, TV, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee machine and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Private access to storage unit located outside front door.
The manicured grounds include private pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, barbecue area and coin laundry.
