This one bedroom one bath condo is situated right on the beachfront offering beautiful beach views from the 5th floor. The master bedroom entails one king bed and the living room has a queen sofa sleeper making this a comfortable accommodation for four. The kitchen has been recently updated and is fully stocked with all of the dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and appliances you will need to prepare meals. There is direct access to the beach from the pool area making it easy to relax in the sun. Restaurants and shops are also located within walking distance of the condo. Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
