Step into serenity with our newly renovated beachfront condo, a slice of paradise nestled on the sun-kissed shores of South Padre Island. The Beach House Condo has undergone a complete transformation, boasting professional decor that echoes the coastal beauty that surrounds it.
From the moment you walk in, the expansive blues of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you, offering a picturesque backdrop to your stay. The living space, designed with an open concept, invites you to unwind while gazing at the ocean panorama, or step out onto the oversized private balcony to immerse yourself in the rhythmic whispers of the waves.
Slumber to the sights of the sea in the master suite, complete with a king-size bed, private bath, and ocean vistas. Our cozy guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed and a 40" smart TV, while the second guest room is a playful retreat with two bunk beds, a 40" smart TV, and easy access to a full guest bath. For your viewing pleasure, a 55" TV graces both the living area and the master bedroom.
Fully equipped with modern comforts, our condo features an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary internet, Spectrum Cable TV, and access to shared amenities, including a hot tub, elevator, gated parking, and two refreshing pools.
Designed with families in mind, our beach home is a delightful escape for all ages. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. During Spring Break/Semana Santa, we observe a strict 'families only' policy. For your peace of mind, we suggest considering trip cancellation insurance.
We provide a "welcome package" to get you started which consists of a couple of rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels for the kitchen, liquid hand soap at all the sinks, liquid dish soap, and a couple of trash can liners in each can.

Wonderful hosts, beautiful condo. Spacious and well designed. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. They even provide beach chairs and umbrellas you can use and take down to the beach. The beach towels were also a nice touch.The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a few extra handy appliances. It was nice to have access to a vacuum cleaner and broom and dustpan. Its always a challenge keeping the sand out but having the right tools helped. Black out curtains made sure we got our beauty sleep. The spacious patio was enjoyed by all. Its a 3 bedroom, 3 bath layout. The 8 seater dinning table and sectional was also great and made game night easy.Each room had a smart TV and comfortable beds and bedding. The only thing that isn't provided is shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. We had our own but I could see how someone might overlook that. It is a well appointed and thoughtfully set up space. The buildings and common spaces have been well maintained and overall the residents and guest are quiet. Hosts were communicative, gracious and provided clear instructions. We will be back for sure.

Great location with beautiful views of the ocean. Very close to the beach (right on the beach). Loved that they provided beach chairs, parasol and pool/beach towels. Very nice swimming pools. The kitchen was well stocked equipment wise but lacked foil, spices, ziplock bags, saran wrap etc.. There were also very limited supplies in regards to toilet paper, no Kleenex, no laundry detergent.Overall great spot and would recommend.

Wonderful location! Great condo with excellent amenities. Only one suggestion is to provide a bar of bath soap. We needed to purchase and traditionally condos provide. Other than that a great experience! Thank you
