This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo is truly beachfront! Beach House II #303 is situated right on the beachfront of South Padre Island, overlooking the beautiful beaches and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is the perfect island getaway for friends and families to come for a beach vacation. The living area is spacious and features comfortable seating to lounge around by the flat screen tv. Guests will sleep soundly in all 3 bedrooms! The master bedroom entails a comfy king bed, an en suite bathroom, flat screen tv, and great ocean views! All 3 bathrooms have walk in tile showers. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed and flat screen tv. The third bedroom entails a full bed. This condo accommodates six (6) guests.
The kitchen has been recently updated and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and appliances you will need to prepare meals. The condo provides cable as well as free WiFi. There is direct access to the beach from the pool area making it easy to relax in the sun. Restaurants and shops are also located within walking distance of the condo. Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
