Die Lage, die Lage…In the middle of nowhere fühlten wir uns wie im Paradies. Das Gastgeberpaar ist extrem freundlich und zugewandt.
Dass Toilette, Waschgelegenheit und überhaupt Wasser nur draußen zu erreichen sind, ist verständlich und dem Landleben geschuldet, aber schwer handhabbar, wenn man das seit der Kindheit nicht mehr gewohnt ist

Lovely little cabin in a tiny village in the forest. The perfect image of a little wooden cabin. The owner is an artist she has a studio next to the cabin and the main house is just across the lawn. She was very kind to us, recommended a nice a hike and a restaurant to have dinner nearby.
There is no running water in the cabin, which is not a big problem, although it took some time to get used to not having a sink inside. There is everything needed for cooking, but without a sink it is a bit more complicated.

The hut was cosy and the hosts made us feel super welcome. It was a great place to relax and reconnect with nature. Ziogeliai is a lovely cute old time village with plenty of trails.
It was perfect, I don't think we have any complaints. The new hosts are doing well.
