1) Some of the plates were dirty and not washed very well.

There was a fan in the room who didn't work. If you fix it, everything will be OK.

The location is good.
The room we received was smaller than booked (for 3 instead of 4 persons) and didn't have a balcony as it supposed to. The staff just ignored this issue. There was plenty of mold in the bathroom. The outside does not look as in the picture at all.
