Convenience Direct Oceanfront Condo with Private Balcony

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the third floor. It is a very clean, neat unit with a large comfortable living area which has a TV, VCR and DVD. Master bedroom has a king bed. One guest bedroom has a queen while the other guest room has two twins. There is a full size washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. The large balcony has a table with six chairs and is a wonderful area to sit and relax while listening to the ocean waves.. All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor unit. Occupants have access to a private 800 ft. fishing pier and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex. ABS is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

Important Notice:
• Starting in March 2025, essential repairs will begin at this complex, including loud concrete and steel hammering. These repairs, mandated by Florida law following the 2024 milestone study, are crucial to maintaining the building's safety and integrity. The work will primarily impact the staircases and balconies. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with no work on weekends. Repairs will last about one year.
A discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied. Please note: No further discounts will be available and no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
