The condo features new beds and furniture throughout, including two comfortable recliners. Enjoy entertainment with a 55” flat-screen TV in the living room, a 40” TV in the master bedroom, and 32” TVs in both guest bedrooms. A full-size washer and dryer are also included for your convenience. The master shower is equipped with grab bars for added accessibility and comfort.
Soft coastal colors and cozy furnishings create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The open floor plan kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas, providing a spacious setting for gathering with family and friends.
Sleeping arrangements include:
Master Bedroom: King bed
Guest Bedroom #1: Two full beds
Guest Bedroom #2: One queen bed and one twin bed
Living Room: Sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.
Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
