This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the fourth floor. Newly renovated bathrooms, with all new paint and flooring throughout. The condo also has new beds and furniture. 50" flat screen TV in the living room and 32" in the Master, with a full size washer/dryer for your convenience.
Soft light colors and comfy furniture make this a desirable unit. The open floor plan kitchen which looks into the dining and living room provide spaciousness for your guests. The master bedroom has a King bed, the guest room a queen bed, and the second guest room has a queen and a twin. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for an additional sleeping area.
The large balcony not only has a new table with four chairs and a sectional as well so you can enjoy soaking up the sun without leaving your unit. This unit includes high-speed internet and cable TV.
The 600 ft. fishing pier is available to our guest and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier. The swimming pool, which is on the ocean side of the building, is a great place to relax ready for your arrival! Two tennis courts are also available on a first come basis.
4 day minimum required. During summer months, 7- day Saturday to Saturday stays only.

These repairs, mandated by Florida law following the 2024 milestone study, are crucial to maintaining the building's safety and integrity. The work will primarily impact the staircases and balconies. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with no work on weekends. Repairs will last about one year.
A discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied. Please note: No further discounts will be available and no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
