This recently renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is conveniently located on the third floor overlooking the beautiful outdoor space and pier. The updated kitchen has granite countertops, new cabinetry, and stainless appliances. The master bedroom has a king bed and the bath features a tiled Walk-In shower. The second bedroom has two double beds. Flat screen TVs are located in the great room and in the master bedroom. A new washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach and ocean. This comfortable and beautifully appointed unit is the perfect place for your beach vacation.
All units at Amelia-By-the-Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies. Occupants have access to the private 800 ft long fishing pier and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex. Amelia-By-the-Sea is a gated complex with open parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles per unit.

Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with no work on weekends. Repairs will last about one year.
A discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied. Please note: No further discounts will be available and no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
