Work will primarily affect the south side of the building, including units A–G, the south elevator, and stairwell. Guests staying in north-side units H–N may also experience construction-related noise, including jackhammering and other loud activity. Rental rates during this period have already been adjusted to reflect the potential construction impact. Because this consideration is included in the advertised rate, no additional discounts, refunds, or cancellations related to construction activity or noise will be offered after booking.
