Fully Remodeled Condo with Atlantic Ocean View and Access to Private Fishing Pier
Are you in need of a peaceful island getaway? Then this Top Floor Oceanfront 2-bedroom 2-bath condo is sure to please! Condo #782 has been fully remodeled with a luxurious modern beach design. Upon entering the condo you are immediately drawn to the large sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony where you would appreciate unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Sounds of the crashing waves provides an intoxicating backdrop to the melodic tunes of the seagulls in flight. Turtles, dolphins, and other creatures of nature are occasionally spotted from this balcony.
Once back inside you will notice the living room is beautifully decorated with the modern design, featuring a queen size sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. Beyond the living space is a tastefully decorated dining area where I am sure you would gather with your friends and family, enjoying a nice hot meal, prepared lovingly in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is designed with a breakfast bar and has all new appliances. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a shower. If you can peel yourself out of bed in the early mornings; you would be greeted with the most spectacular sunrises seen directly from the master. There is also direct access to the balcony from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom, located at the front of the condo, is furnished with 2 queen size beds and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom, with an aesthetically pleasing design, is mere steps away and has a tub/shower combination.
The Gated Community of Amelia By the Sea, offers an 800 foot private pier, a pool, tennis courts, charcoal grills, outdoor seating, free parking with a limit of 2 spaces per condo. The Downtown Historic District is a short 10 minute drive away. Please enjoy the local shops, museums, community theater, casual, and fine dining when visiting the Historic District. Egan's Creek Greenway and Fort Clinch State Park are approximately 5 minutes away. The 27-hole Fernandina Beach Golf Course is just a mile away.

Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with no work on weekends. Repairs will last about one year.
A discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied. Please note: No further discounts will be available and no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
