Clean modern and the A/C made all the difference during the heatwave we experienced.

The view of vinyards grom the room
Some of the tecepcionist were very polite
Some of the staff especkaly in the bar and dining room were not polite and did not make any efforts to help or host nice.
Most of the staff did not speak english and it creates cumunication dificulties.
The manue in the bar was very poor and the service was terrible.
There was no room service...
Most of the staff had no knowledge about atractions, activities, wineries in the area
The bathroom was not comfortable
All was very disapointing
