Good communication prior to arrival with clear instructions on how to enter the premises. I liked that there was water, coffee, fridge and microwave. The bedroom was clean and the beds were comfortable.
I didn’t like that there was work being done outside so it was very noisy.

The cleaning was very good.
The soundproofing of the room, from the windows came the noise of the pedestrian street below with people partying until 5 in the morning, one of the two bathrooms did not work the ventilation and had a light that did not work making a very annoying stroboscopic effect, the second bathroom had the toilet which moved every time you sat down.
The breakfast was not available.
