    Hotel is smack on the pulse of the city! Some noise from below but no trouble after a couple bottles of wine! I may be the noise!!! Highly recommended!

    Hotel is decent to good, but receptionist Isabel is not. We arrived a day earlier than our original booking, so she got us a room for also the first night, so far so good. She would prepare our bill as we settled in. Now for the second night we were paying 65 euros, and Isabel charged us a 170 for the unbooked first night, as it turned out. As a Eurostars member, a returning guest for years and someone who already booked the following night for approx 40 percent of that price, plus not mentioning it in any way, we were quite disappointed in her. Also she did not mention the discount on parking we could have gotten, but that her nice colleague did the next day.
