Las instalaciones muy bien y muy fácil el acceso al hotel. Parking a 2 minutos. Tres minutos de la catedral y de la calle laurel. Muy bien todo

La cama comodisima y la dueña atenta ya que el desayuno empezaba tarde para nuestro parecer y ella vino antes para darnos una bebida y un croisant para no irnos sin desayunar
Lastima que no hay nadie para atenderte a la llegada,todo va con mensajes de wats que llegan muy justos de tiempo y con codigos para entrar cada vez ak alojamiento y llamadas de telefono para poder abrir la puerta del edificio.El desayuno empieza muy tarde

Bed very comfortable. Bathroom large.
Automated check in was dreadful and phone call to Madrid required every time we needed to get back into the premises. This was not fully explained on Booking.com as I would not have booked if I had realised. Also parking facilities were not good as the free parking mentioned was "closed" so underground parking only available @ €25
Also the "inner courtyard view" was terrible. Washing hanging on a line, used cigarette ends and bird droppings!
