The room was easy to find and in a very good location.

The location was great. The willingness to work with me, ONCE the issues were solved

The checked inn emailSystem , there were multiple emails asking for credit card info. I have already provided that information before. Approximately 8 emails asking for the same. Their customer service is outsourced, so you call a number, and they have to call the property. Very confusing at times.

Checkin checkout times don't coincide in booking and the info they later send you.

The location was excellent. We had stayed there years ago when the place was new and it was wonderful. This trip was a bit bit of a disappointment.

First of all, it was not clean. I could not open my window and after struggling with it found a cigarette lighter stuck in the track. The toilet seat was broken, and I almost fell off of it. We had booked 2 nights and then a break and then another night. It was too late to cancel the third night without a fee or I would not have stayed there again. I notified the management of the broken toilet seat the first night we were there and when I went back the third night the seat still had not been fixed. There was dirt under the beds when we moved them apart. I was afraid to touch the toilet brush because you could see urine had been splashed on the handle and not cleaned. The lid of the garbage can also had not been wiped off and was very dirty. This apartment is along the Camino de Santiago and I’m sure they get many pilgrims here, but the woman in charge could not tell me a single thing about how to contact backpack transport or where to leave our bags. We just got lucky when my companion happened to see a stack of envelopes and so we called Jacotrans directly. The woman was not helpful at all. She did not even tell us there was a stack of Jacotrans envelopes. She basically said “I don’t know anything about that and I can’t help you” - that is not very helpful for a place that caters to pilgrims. There was a device for heating water and a few packets of coffee, but there were no coffee cups. We called and asked for coffee cups and none were ever brought to us. When looking for something to clean the garbage can with, and cups for our coffee, we found someone’s backpack in the cleaning closet. I notified the company that it was there. It had been lost and nobody had called them to tell them where it was. I found this highly suspicious. Although we loved our first visit here two years ago, I do not recommend this place now. The management has gone down and I would not stay here again.
