The apartment could have been better.

Close to city center (7 min walk)

- Poorly cleaned, for example: Pots and pans were dirty with fat, Dining chairs dirty, Bed sheets were too small, Bedroom not cleaned (found stuff from previous occupants see photo), Matras of double bed was dirty, etc. - Host did not respond to complaint regarding bed sheets and matras. - Real address is 6BIS Avenue de Bouvard (apartment building at the back)

Great location and ok price but in desperate need of deep cleaning.

Good location. Nice to have private parking. The main double bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. Nice like coming on the windows. At some point the apartment was updated nicely.

If by car make sure you park around the block before getting the remote for the gate as there is literally no place to stand with the car without blocking traffic. The superficial cleaning of the apartment was fine but the place is in serious need of deep cleaning. It smells really badly. Things like decalcification and cleaning of grime needs to be done. There should be a new vent in the toilet room. Told the owners it was useless to contact them during the stay as we were only there two nights over the weekend and fixing the problems would involve having someone over for hours which would ruin our stay even further. The leather on arm rests on the couch was crumbling off. The fixtures in the kitchen are full of dust and grime. Almost everything except the linens, (those smelled great) smelled bad. It just needs a good weekend of deep cleaning once or twice a year and it would make such a difference. And figure out what smells bad.

Great central location in beautiful Annecy. Well equipped and maintained apartment

The apartment is very central, easy walking distance to the historical centre of Annecy. Close to shopping centre for amenities. There is off road parking, essential in this part of town. The apartment was kept in an excellent state and is tastefully furnished and well equipped. It is sufficiently tucked away from the road to not be disturbed by traffic noise.

It was not clear that the access code would be sent by email the day of arrival, but I had been travelling for a few days and had not checked. When I phoned the owner he resent the code. We could only access the parking after getting into the apartment- not much space to stop on the street while we sorted it out. There is a small balcony which is usable, but doesn’t offer much of a view although we would probably not have used it much anyway

Stilysh Stay in Annecy

The apartment feel like home with quality forniture and walking distance from the centre. The parking inside the property is really a plus.

Just a quick feedback if may help about the key procedure. Once you arrive at the property you need first to go to the house unlock the key and there is no enough space to leave the car in front of the bar while doing the procedure without blocking the traffic.

Good and clean apartment

Check-in from 16:00, we asked to check earlier - they refused. Instructions how to find and enter the apartment is in French, which is not convenient because Google Translate doesn’t translate well. It is inconvenient that you can drive into the parking lot only after enter the apartment, it is not clear where to leave the car before that. The same thing with check-out, you need to leave the remote control of the parking in the apartment, but it is not clear where the car should be at this time. There was no washing powder for the washing machine.

Perfect for travelers wanting to see the city and lake, super Comfy

The location was excellent, right in the center of the city and a short walk to the lake. Perfect for anyone wanting to visit the city. Hosts were excellent, they were courteous and kind. They made sure to clarify on the phone a few questions that we had and also checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was OK. Superb

Evin her yeri çekmeceler, perdeler, koltuk, camlar yağ ve pislik içindeydi. Eve ilk girdiğimizde çok ağır bir koku vardı. Girdiğimizde evi değiştirmek istedik fakat ev sahibine gönderdiğiniz mesajlarla hiç bir şekilde iletişim kuramadık. 3. Gün çamaşır yıkamak istedik , çamaşır makinesinin kapağı kırıktı. Dışarıda bir çamaşırhanede yıkamak ve kurutmak zorunda kaldık. Yarım günümüzü bu yüzden kaybettik. Vermiş olduğumuz paranın hakkını kesinlikle alamadığımız gibi seyahatimizi de maalesef komforsuz ve pislik içinde bir evde gecirmek zorunda kaldık. Burada iptal hakkı olmayan bir evde kalmak zorunda olmak booking ‘in müsteri memnuniyetini önemsemediğini de acı bir tecrübeyle deneyimlemiş olduk.

Bon séjour, Bel appartement mais sale

Les propriétaires sont réactifs et sympas, bel emplacement, terrasse agréable. Le parking est un plus.

Cependant je me dois de notifier le manque de propreté… c’est la première fois que je loue un logement aussi peu propre, je ne ferais pas toute la liste, on va éviter le roman mais faire facturer 80€ de ménage c’est abusé en vu du ménage effectué. J’ai été très déçue…

L intérieur a été refait à neuf pour autant l appartement est dans un immeuble ancien .

De locatie. Je bent zo in het oude centrum van Annecy. De eigenaren reageren snel op berichten via Booking.

De hygiëne! Bah! Op het eerste gezicht leek het schoon, maar als je beter keek… Vieze deuren, vieze keukenkastjes, vieze inventaris (dat zegt natuurlijk iets over de vorige huurders, maar ook over de controle van de schoonmakers), vies bad, vieze douchebak… We hebben eerst de vaatwasser aangezet en de diepvries moeten ontdooien (de deur kon niet meer dicht). Veel spullen zijn kapot/versleten. Krakende bedden. Het is een nadeel dat de eigenaren zelf niet aanwezig zijn. Dan zouden ze zien dat het zo eigenlijk niet kan. We hebben het gemeld en de eigenaren reageerden meteen met verontschuldigingen en ze zouden contact opnemen met het schoonmaakbedrijf. Er moet echter wel een keer flink worden schoongemaakt; dit is niet ineens opgelost verwachten we. Verder kan de beschrijving naar het appartement toe een stuk makkelijker! Komtie: bij de derde slagboom ga je te voet het terrein. Loop door naar het achterste gebouw. De naam van de eigenaren staat bij HET KNOPJE VAN DE BEL (en NIET in de lijst van bewoners). En let op: de app BNBaccess werkt echt pas vanaf 16.00 uur. Eerder aankomen heeft geen enkele zin.

Lejligheden er placeret godt og med egen parkering

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i forhold til indkøb og Annecy søen. 5 min gang til det store indkøbscenter og 10 min til søen. Der er alt hvad man har brug for i lejligheden. Et stort plus med egen parkering.

Lejlighedens toilet var ikke så opdateret, og der var ikke så rent.

Kaupunkiasunto jonka sijainti on loistava. Keskellä kaupunkia ja kuitenkin sisäpihalla, jossa liikenteen äänet eivät kiusanneet. Kahteen suuntaan oleva parveke, jossa saa tarvittaessa sekä auringon että tuulen suojaa. Asunto on avara ja valoisa. Kaikin puolin mukava.

Asunnon siisteydessä oli toivomisen varaa. Jouduimme pesemään edellisen asukkaan makaronit kattilasta. Saimme pestä myös ikkunoita, jotta niistä näkyisi ulos. Kylpyhuoneen epämiellyttävä tuoksu vaati suihkutilan pesemisen, mutta kunnollisten pesuaineiden ja välineiden puutteen takia siitä ei saatu täysin puhdasta. Parhaamme teimme. Keittiön laatikoiden likoja emme ruvenneet siivoamaan.

Séjour parfait

Logement familial parfait. Correctement équipé. Idéalement situé pour se déplacer à pied. Hypermarche à 2mn, Vieille ville à 10mn. L'indispensable : une place de parking. Accueil simple et pratique en autonomie. Propriétaire réactif pour répondre à une demande. Merci pour l'accueil. Au plaisir de revenir.

Bien situé

L'emplacement est idéal pour se promener dans le centre-ville. L'appartement est agréable.

Le chauffage n'était pas allumé à notre arrivée, il faisait énormément froid et les 2 petits convecteurs ne nous ont pas permis de chauffer rapidement. La 1ère nuit a été glaciale. Nous avons également eu du mal à ouvrir car le nom sur le digicode avait été enlevé. L'un des gestionnaires nous a répondu au bout de 30 minutes pour nous renseigner.

Devoir télécharger une application pour s’auto ouvrir la porte d’entrée. Apparemment dégoûtant. Linge salle dans la machine à laver idem lave vaisselle. Salle de bain détériorée avec une douche qui ne fonctionnait pas. Pas d’eau chaude à l’arrivée. Luminaires cassés. Literie inconfortable. Cuvette WC cassée
