Freshly renovated apartment in house just minutes from downtown, the old town, the lake. Quiet but ready for all activities: shopping, walks on the lake, outings in the old town, you can enjoy your stay in Annecy on foot in peace. The apartment is 5 minutes from the train station. Close to many bus stop if needed. Owner on site for any questions.

Lovely spacious apartment. Very quiet area. Comfy bed and great shower. Supermarket and shopping area close by. Train and bus 10 minute walk and about 15 minutes to walk to the old town. Only conern was the steep steps (with no rail) to outside garden and clothes line. Luckily my husband had no trouble with them, so he was able to peg clothes on line. Also no blackout curtains but the comfy bed made up for that. Evelyn and Eric lived upstairs and communication was very easy through the Stayz app.
