Liegt perfekt, um von dort sowohl in Italien als auch Slowenien mit dem Rad Touren oder Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Vor dem Eingang gibt es gleich einen Blick in die Berge. Der Alpe Adria Radweg ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.

Der Kühlschrank im Schlafraum ist vom Geräusch etwas störend; wir haben ihn in der Nacht abgeschaltet.

We were 2 families, 8 people in total, so we had both apartments. The larger one is upstairs - under the roof and is very spacious with a separate living room (can be used as a common dining room), a separate kitchen with a fairly large pantry. And of course three bedrooms and one bathroom as in the description. The biggest advantages are the location, large space and parking. The second apartment is on the lower ground floor, the kitchen is designed as a small kitchenette. The second apartment is not so spacious, but it is enough for 2 people if they want to be outside most of the stay.

The disadvantage of the accommodation is the equipment, which shows the ravages of time, it is certainly not for luxury lovers or travelers who do not tolerate any defects. The kitchen has a hot air fryer and an electric grill, which I think few guests will use during their stay, on the contrary, there is no kettle and toaster (there was a kettle in the small lower apartment). The mattresses are slightly uncomfortable, but that is a matter of opinion. However, what bothered me the most was the administration around the accommodation. The host himself, who lives on the ground floor, will only make the apartment accessible to you and show you how everything works. The administration is provided by a third party via an application that you must install on your smartphone (I don't know what anyone would do with just a push-button cell phone). There you enter data from all IDs, pay the tourist tax and a deposit in case of damage. They will not return it to you until about a week after the end of your stay (!?). You have the option to pay a non-refundable deposit of 30 euros per apartment instead of a deposit - that seems really strange to me, because it is much more than any liability insurance from a commercial insurance company. They also subtly ask you for a tip. One of the reasons I like booking.com is the visible final price, so the practices of third parties trying to extract money from you additionally irritate me.
