Well equipped kitchen.More spacious than appeared from outside.Large enclosed garden.Two reception rooms.Plenty of fridge space (second fridge in games room).Ideal for family or friends to relax, Could walk into Southwold on footpath.
Butler sink in games room very dirty.A shower in ensuite bedroom or a second shower would have been helpful for a 4 bedroom property.Summer house padlocked and did not have instructions to find key,Garden cushions were in there,

Great house, lots of room and the garden was great for the kids.
Easy and quick to get to the beach, we all had a great long weekend.
Some areas downstairs need some TLC and the mattresses could do with replacing soon
