A cama é confortavel. A localização é excelente, fica num bairro local muito calmo e perto do centro e dos serviços principais. Duas varandas agradáveis.
O proprietário não facultou o guest card que daria acesso gratuito à todos os transportes públicos e pontos culturais da região. Não houve pre-aviso da taxa turística de 9€. Há algumas falhas de acessórios essenciais para completar o conforto da casa ( ex. candeeiros de apoio, panos de cozinha, papel higiénico, etc.)

Appartamento davvero molto carino: pulito ,ben arredato e posizionato a pochi passi dal centro e dal lago. È dotato di parcheggio privato gratuito in una stradina laterale chiusa. L’host è un ragazzo molto gentile e disponibile che però non sempre risponde al telefono e ai messaggi quindi prima di partire mi ero un po’ preoccupata…niente paura, l’appartamento esiste e merita!

Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt, großer Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Schönes neues Bad mit genügend Stauraum und großer ebenerdiger Dusche. Zwei Balkone, einer davon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schwierig: auf Anrufe oder WhatsApp-Nachrichten wurde entweder gar nicht oder erst nach mehrmaligen Versuchen reagiert. Das galt im übrigen auch für die Schlüsselübergabe bei der Ankunft.
Die Ausstattung der Küche war SEHR dürftig. Außerdem war das komplette Geschirr in den Schränken schmutzig, so dass wir erst mal alles spülen mussten. Sowas geht gar nicht!
Die Betten knarren und quietschen bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Insgesamt würde der Wohnung mal eine "Serviceinspektion" gut tun.
