We had a really great stay at Casa Andy & Anne – Attico. The location is excellent — very convenient and easy to access everything in Riva.
The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxed stay. It felt easy to settle in straight away.
Communication was outstanding — very responsive, helpful, and supportive throughout, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the place.

Просторные светлые апартаменты с отличным видом на горы. Расположены на тихой улице, близко к центру и набережной. До большого продуктового магазина и кафе 5 минут пешком. Удобно добираться до набережной по пешеходному проходу. Весной вид на цветущие деревья. До озера около 10 минут пешком. До старого города также. Рядом новый город с большим торговым центром. Очень гостеприимный владелец. На фото плохо видно, но есть балкон со столиком и отличным видом также. 3-й этаж, есть лифт. Не пожалели, что выбрали этот вариант.

There is a lot of space and the open plan kitchen/living area is a good layout.
The property is advertised as family friendly but it is not suitable for families with small children. Basic amenities required for a young family are not provided or available eg. Microwave for sterilising baby bottles or air conditioning. We were told to boil our baby bottles as a solution which is completely impractical in 35 degree heat. The travel cot provided was of poor quality and the mattress was very uncomfortable for our baby which meant they had to sleep with us in the bed. The bath was also not clean (especially the jets which had black mould in them) which we had to use twice a day to cool our children down due to lack of air conditioning. We were unable to change the accommodation when we realised the amenities we needed weren’t available as full payment was due 6 weeks in advance of our trip which is impractical nowadays. Really disappointed. Don’t stay here in the height of summer without air conditioning!
