This apartment helped make our holiday in Riva even more special. We would stay again!

Wonderful location in Riva, with all the amenities for a brilliant stay. Great communication from the host. We used public transport our entire holiday and It was easy and accessible. Apartment was even bigger and better than the pictures and the cleanliness was spotless! Perfect base near supermarket and Riva old town.

We felt lucky to stay here.

We loved this apartment. Very functional, well-thought out, and the kitchen had everything we needed, which was especially appreciated with a superb grocery store being half a block away. Our bus into town stopped right around the corner and the bus station itself was about 6-7 minutes walk away. The waterfront, a couple minutes walk. Great views of the mountains from the balcony and living room. Riva del Garda is a beautiful town and location, and a great base for exploring the surroundings. There is a lot to do in the area if you're relatively active. Matteo guided us through the check-in process on the phone since he needed to be at work when we arrived. There were no problems with this and he is very friendly.

We knew it wouldn't be quiet, being on a busy street just outside the pedestrian-only area. So it really wasn't an issue, just something to be aware of, a small trade-off for it being a very convenient location. I still give the place a 10.

cozy and nice apartment very close to the old city. great balcony with view to mountains. Kitchen with everything. The Host Matteo was great, so thank you. I been going to Riva for 30 years and this was a nice apartment

Sehr gut eingerichtetes Appartment

Top eingerichtetes und sehr gepflegtes Appartment: Küche in sehr gutem Zustand mit allem, was für das Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten benötigt wird. Hervorzheben ist, dass die Küchenutensilien auch sauber, nicht verstaubt und gut sortiert sind: das habe ich selten so gut gesehen. Zudem standen Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Salz, Bratöl u.a. in gutem Zustand zur Verfügung. WLAN, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Heizung und Klima funktionieren sehr gut. Bad ist ebenfalls in gutem Zustand, einzig die Tür der Dusche könnte einmal kontrolliert werden. Das gesamte Haus ist ruhig und gepflegt, mit Fahrstuhl. Die Lage des Appartments ist ansich sehr gut: Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle sind um die Ecke, See und Altstadt innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Der freundliche Vermieter ist sehr gut erreichbar.

Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich an einer relativ stark befahrenen Straße. Die Fenster bieten hier nur einen begrenzten Lärmschutz. Vor allem morgens von Montag bis Samstag ab 6 Uhr war auch im Oktober Verkehr deutlich zu hören, v.a. Mopeds oder schnell fahrende PKW. Am Wochenende (Freitag - Samstag) ist bis Mitternacht auch Betrieb in der Irish-Pub, die an dieser Straße schräg gegenüber des Schlafzimmers gelegen ist. Auch die Nutzung der Balkone ist von der Straße betroffen. Wir würden das Appartment dennoch wieder buchen, da das Preis-Leistung angemessen sind.

Sehr gutes und ausgestattetes Appartement! Top Lage und Preis-Leistung auch sehr gut. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke und bis zum See nur 5 Minuten Fußweg :)

Man hört die Straße vom Schlafzimmer aus sehr laut.

Me Ca Riva Urlaub

Die Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, hochwertige Türen, die Küchenutensilien Geschirr waren reichhaltig vorhanden. Die 2 Balkone haben wir häufig genutzt. Luxus ist eine eigene Garage benutzen zu dürfen in einer Tiefgarage!!

Ich hätte vorher einen Kurs zur Espressoherstellung mit der Espressokanne, die vorhanden ist, machen sollen. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine. Achja und das Bügeleisen fehlte, obwohl es dasein soll. War jetzt nicht tragisch, dann sollte es nicht angegeben werden.

Znakomita lokalizacja w centrum Rivy. Wygodny i perfekcyjnie wyposażony apartament. Świetny widok z balkonu. Bardzo czysto, czuliśmy się komfortowo. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Bardzo miły gospodarz, wzorowy kontakt również w sytuacjach awaryjnych 😊. Polecamy!

Prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding!

De locatie is top! De airco is fijn en er is van alles aanwezig in het appartement. Het enige wat we miste waren bierglazen. Fijn dat je je auto in de garage kunt zetten. Met vragen kun je altijd bij de eigenaar terecht!

Het is een kort bed en veel geluid van buiten als je het raam in de slaapkamer open wilt zetten….De wifi is zwak Het is een kleine douche.

Perfekt eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung, in zentraler Lage. Geschirr, Töpfe, Tassen, sind reichlich vorhanden. Hochwertige Ausstattung auch an Lebensmitteln und Pflegeprodukten, die im Preis enthalten sind. Die geräumige Garage, befindet sich in einer geräumigenTiefgarage. Kurze Wege zum Strand, in die Stadt, und zum Einkaufen.

Tutto ok

Ho trascorso una bella settimana a Riva del Garda e dintorni. Appartamento grande e ben arredato, vicinissimo al centro storico ed a tutte le necessità giornaliere e dotato perfino non di un posto auto ma di un garage riservato. Un ringraziamento particolare a Matteo sempre disponibile e che fà di tutto per metterti a tuo agio.
