My accommodation on the ground floor, near the city center, public transport, parks, lake, supermarket, deli, bank and ATM, shopping center, bike path. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the comfort of the bed, the high ceilings, the kitchen. My accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

A great cozy place to stay, in quiet area, and a 5 minutes walk into the centre. 3 minutes to the supermarket, Easy to find either by bus/train and has free car parking available. It was clean, everything you possibly need was there, a full kitchen, even free coffee with Netflix and chill also. The owner was very friendly and always on hand. The apartment were very clean, and is on ground floor/mezzanine, has a washer/dryer you can use if you need. Great value for money. If there was a very minor thing there is no outside area i.e balcony/terrace all the more to enjoy Riva. I would happily say again 🙂

Siamo venuti per allenarci in barca e la posizione per noi era perfetta con anche possibilita' di parcheggio. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente torneremo

Nettes kleines Apartment zentral in Riva, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin, toll war auch, dass ich mein MTB unterstellen konnte. Gerne wieder!

Wem es Spaß macht, den Flair einer kleinen niedrigen Wohnung, deren Fenster zur (Sackgassen-)Straße hin, in ungefähr 30 cm Höhe liegen, zu genießen, die vielleicht einmal eine Conciergewohnung war, deren Wände, mit stilisierten Steinmauern aus Plastik bekebt sind, die gut zu den 70er-Jahre-Gardinen passen, die die Gitter vor jedem Fenster verbergen, dem ist die Wohnung wärmstens zu empfehlen. Er findet tatsächlich sämtliche auf Fotos ausgewiesenen Elektrogeräte in die kleine Küche gestopft und einen Schonbezug auf dem blauen Sofa - Onkel Ettore hat sich sicher einmal darin wohlgefühlt, ich bekam Beklemmungen. Der große Vorteil der Wohnung ist ihre Nähe zur Altstadt und zum Hafen. Man flaniert in 10 Minuten dorthin.
