A great cozy place to stay, in quiet area, and a 5 minutes walk into the centre. 3 minutes to the supermarket, Easy to find either by bus/train and has free car parking available. It was clean, everything you possibly need was there, a full kitchen, even free coffee with Netflix and chill also. The owner was very friendly and always on hand. The apartment were very clean, and is on ground floor/mezzanine, has a washer/dryer you can use if you need. Great value for money. If there was a very minor thing there is no outside area i.e balcony/terrace all the more to enjoy Riva. I would happily say again 🙂

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Riva di Garda. Die Ankunft war sehr angenehm. Wir wurden sogar von Frederica auf Staus hingewiesen. Ein leckerer Kuchen und eine Flasche Wein warteten auf uns. Ihr Mann hatte uns die ganze Wohnung gezeigt. Es fehlte uns an nichts in dieser schönen Wohnung. Frederica schickte uns über WhatsApp Veranstaltungen und Tipps was wir unternehmen können. Das war wunderbar! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir haben 2 Wochen in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allen Sachen die man braucht. Gastgeber waren super lieb, freundlich , immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt nah an der Innenstadt und am Strand, ca. 10 mit Fahrrad. 2 Fahrräder gibt es gratis von Vermietern. Wir wurden sogar mit einer selbst gemachten Lasagne und einem Wein empfangen. Top top top !😊👍

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, ca. 10 Minuten vom See und Innenstadt. Die Vermieter sprechen sehr gut deutsch. Wir wurden mit selbst gebackter Pizza und Kuchen herzlich empfangen und auch in der zweiten Hälfte gab es ein kleiner Kuchen. Wir bedanken uns für den herrlichen Aufenthalt.

The apartment itself is very clean and a really good size, ground floor. It has everything you need (hairdryer, washing up liquid, washing machine, coffee machine .....). The apartment is located near the old town (just 5 mins walking) and the beaches. We had the check-in with Federica and she prepared us a home made pizza, local cheeses, meats and a good bottle of wine. Federica and Max were always available during our stay and they had printed loads to do based on our interest. Highly recommend!!

Wem es Spaß macht, den Flair einer kleinen niedrigen Wohnung, deren Fenster zur (Sackgassen-)Straße hin, in ungefähr 30 cm Höhe liegen, zu genießen, die vielleicht einmal eine Conciergewohnung war, deren Wände, mit stilisierten Steinmauern aus Plastik bekebt sind, die gut zu den 70er-Jahre-Gardinen passen, die die Gitter vor jedem Fenster verbergen, dem ist die Wohnung wärmstens zu empfehlen. Er findet tatsächlich sämtliche auf Fotos ausgewiesenen Elektrogeräte in die kleine Küche gestopft und einen Schonbezug auf dem blauen Sofa - Onkel Ettore hat sich sicher einmal darin wohlgefühlt, ich bekam Beklemmungen. Der große Vorteil der Wohnung ist ihre Nähe zur Altstadt und zum Hafen. Man flaniert in 10 Minuten dorthin.

...ist diese Ferienwohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Lage von Riva del Garda. Den See erreicht man fußläufig in 10 min. und Einkaufgelegenheiten sind ebenso gut erreichbar. Das Auto kann man direkt hinter das Haus stellen, wo man es sogar vom Küchenfenster aus quasi fast anfassen kann. Die Wohnung ist modern und mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet. Sogar (kostenfreie) Waschmaschine uns Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Für die Fahrräder findet sich im Flur in der Wohnung Platz. Federica und Massimiliano sind ganz wunderbare Gastgeber! Zum Empfang gab es einen Kuchen und eine Schale voll frischem Obst. Sie haben uns viele Tipps für die Anreise und für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben - sogar während unseres Aufenthalts immer wieder per SMS über aktuelle Veranstaltungen. Als wir nach Venedig gefahren sind gaben sie uns Hinweise für Parkgelegenheiten und gute und günstige Restaurants! Einfach toll, wie die beiden sich um ihre Gäste kümmern. Reibungslose und schnelle Kommunikation - alles perfekt! Wir können diese Wohnung wirklich empfehlen! Dear Federica and Massimiliano, thanks again for your hospitality! Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Es ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt an einer zentralen aber sehr ruhigen Stelle in Riva. Wunderschön. Danke an Federica und Massimiliano für die tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gerade neu renoviert. Die beiden Vermieter haben an alles gedacht, was man eventuell brauchen könnte: Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Shampoo, Bügelbrett und vieles vieles mehr und das mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Unsere Fahrräder (MTB) durften wir im Flur abstellen, da es am Gardasee öfter zu Diebstälen kommt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren begeistert, mit wie viel Herzblut die beiden ihre Wohnung betreuen. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung ruhig in einen Wohngebiet 7-8 min vom Strand in Riva entfernt. Auch die Berge/Arco sind super zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!!
