A very nice place to stay.
It is a room (with your own bathroom) in a private house, not a hotel, but it has everything you need: bathroom, air conditioning, coffee machine, fridge, elevator.
The place is spacious and it's located on a quiet street, so it's quiet at night. At first the street seemed to me just a bit sketchy, but looks like it's alright, close to the Toledo street, and calm.
The breakfast consists of different pastries and is left at your door every morning, so it's nothing too special, but still nice to have something to eat in the morning. Coffee is good.
The hosts are very welcoming.
You can leave your luggage.
Not really a big minus, but worth knowing for some international travellers: as it's a private property, it's much more convenient if you have internet as you can contact the owners on whatsapp and arrange everything. If you don't have internet on your mobile, you might need to arrange everything in advance, and it might be a bit complicated to find.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Pokój przestronny. Gospodarze uprzejmi.
Wiedzieliśmy że nie ma aneksu kuchennego, ale fajnie gdyby można się było rano napić kawy ze zwykłego kubka a nie małego plastikowego kubeczka. Śniadanie nie polecam. Osobiście nie jadam słodkich a nic innego nie było do wyboru po za Nutella i dżemem i 5 ciastami zapakowanymi w folię.

Es war eine wunderschöne sehr gepflegte Wohnung..es fehlte an nichts …Eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin ..absolut hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Ich fühlte mich absolut gut aufgehoben .
Etwas zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt.. ( für ältere Menschen) mit leider ziemlich schlechter Bus Anbindung . Vielleicht wäre ein Busfahrplan mit genauen Haltestellen ..und Zeitplan .. für den Gast empfehlenswert.

the breakfast was very good! always on time and lots of pastries, as the italian tradition.
the room was huge and very clean, everything was neatly organised.
there wasn't a working lift in the last 2 days which was awful, as we needed to get our 4 luggages down ourselves, 5 flights of stairs.
In addition, the night before the check in, we were informed that our check was delayed in 3.5 jours, which made us change everything in our former trip to rome.
we came exhasted to the room, and basically wasted a day in napoli that we had plans for, as there was no option for luggage hold.
