Easy to reach from metro station, communications always clear and easy.
A bit sketchy arriving at night but great once shops are open.

The staff, old lady, was kind. Although did not speak any english. There was an elevator in the building. Airconditioner was good also the balcony. Location was great also since it was near the underground station.
The room was very small. There was no fridge in the room or in the hallway, so very hard to keep your beverage and food anywhere.
