Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property as a family of five (4 adults and 1 child). It's just a quick 4–6 minute walk to the beach and in a great location—safe, and close to shops, groceries, pharmacies, and plenty of restaurants, all within walking distance. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfy, and the air conditioning made it very comfortable during the warmer days. The only minor issue was finding the keys—it was a bit tricky even with the instructions, but thankfully someone met us there and pointed out the exact spot. After that, everything went smoothly. Mohamed, the host, was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions we had. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

The only minor issue was finding the keys—it was a bit tricky even with the instructions, but thankfully, someone met us there and pointed out the exact spot. After that, everything went smoothly. Mohammad, the host, was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions we had.

it was a huge adventure to find the keys and open the box. Also, the street is not pleasant and even scary. Apartment is clean but small and not designed at all. too expensive for what we got.

I am a well travelled person and first time I had to communicate with the host several times a day..

The location was nice close to the sea and the park. The host reacted fast to our multiple questions and requests.

It is a 2 bedroom apartment, not 3. Not enough towels, kitchen towels, sheets and toilet paper. There was no tablets for dishwasher. Not enough hot water for showers . Laundry machine did not work.

Un magnifique séjour

L’emplacement est parfait : à seulement 6 minutes à pied de la plage, avec de nombreux restaurants et magasins à proximité. L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé et confortable. Un grand merci à Mohamed pour sa gentillesse, sa compréhension et son sens du service : il a été extrêmement serviable tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement !

Pobyt v apartmánu byl perfektní. V apartmánu bylo ticho (okna do klidného dvora). Dále, apartmán je perfektně vybaven (zejm. nádobím v kuchyni, americkou lednicí, pračkou, sušičkou, vanou, prostředky na úklid, klimatizací ve dvou místnostech ze tří, ručníky apod.) a je umístěn v přímé blízkosti pláže Borely. Velmi oceňujeme komunikaci s majitelem apartmánu, který s námi pravidelně telefonicky komunikoval kdykoli jsme potřebovali. Oceňujeme také cenu apartmánu. Celkově velmi doporučujeme ubytování v tomto apartmánu a místo plné různých možností.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement ! L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité des transports, des restaurants et de la plage. L'appartement était d'une propreté impeccable. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et son excellente communication. Si nous revenons à Marseille, nous choisirons sans hésiter ce logement ! Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu pour un séjour réussi !

Un peu difficile de trouver une place où se garer. Et il manquerait juste une couette en plus pour le canapé-lit.

l'emplacement qui était à coté de notre chantier

pas de parking pas de place aux alentours. L'annonce est fausse il n'y a que 2 chambres contrairement aux 3 chambres annoncées. le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas et la machine à café fonctionne 1 fois sur 2.

Les couettes et les draps dans les tiroirs pour le canapé ne sentais pas bon , la salle de bain avait beaucpup de poussière entre la baignoire et le lavabo, les joints de la salle de bain seraient à refaire, la porte d'entrée est une épreuve à elle toute seule pour réussir à rentrer

Logement bien situé y compris pour aller au stade vélodrome

Appartement bien situé et bien équipé, en effet il est assez facile de stationner dans les rues alentours. Hôte disponible et à l'écoute de nos remarques. Le stade vélodrome est à moins de 3km et des bus vous y emmènent directement. Nous avons fait le retour à pied, ça se fait bien aussi. Vue agréable sur le petit coin de verdure de l'immeuble voisin.

Le positionnement du sèche serviette avec une prise électrique au dessus de la baignoire nous a quelque peu effrayés. Je pense que la norme de sécurité n'est pas respectée. Nous avons un peu bataillé à trouver le coffre à clés (de nuit), il est bien caché et pas très pratique à manipuler vu son emplacement. Notre hôte nous avait pourtant envoyé des photos et un descriptif précis via un lien électronique, pensez bien à l'imprimer ou à l'enregistrer parce que le lien n'était plus actif à notre arrivée.
