L’emplacement au calme à Marseille, si rare. Appartement spacieux, bonne literie, très propre. Balcon donnant à l’intérieur de la résidence sur le jardin. Bien placé, bien desservi par les bus.

Pb de pression de l’eau de la douche Pb pour fermer les lavabos par les bondes Prises non fonctionnelles par endroit Cocotte minute non fonctionnelle Des détails qui pourraient améliorer le séjour ..

Grands espaces, présence de la clim, conforme aux photos, hôte très réactif

Bien agréable et très calme

-Nice host and hostess. Fixed the hot water and replaced lights in one of the rooms. -gave us 2 bottles of water -Near supermarket, bus stops, walkable to beaches

-The ventilation in the bathroom couldn't be turned off. -thin walls-noises from above or hallway can be heard -next to main entrance and elevator -hot water-low/no pressure. Had to take cold showers for three days. Requested landlord to have it fixed. Fixed, but hot water pressure was still low. -cookware-mixtures of old pots and pans. -A few light bulbs were out in the living room and above the dining area. -The beds were old and soft. The comforters and sheets were old. Old furniture. - Had a washer but no dryer (but dryer was indicated in the description). Clothes wouldn't get dried due to no sunlight in the balcony or the apartment. Dark in the apartment without artificial lights even during daytime.
