Clean room and friendly staff, but the lack of storage made our stay inconvenient and uncomfortable.

The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were polite and respectful. We appreciated the cleanliness and the efforts of the housekeeping team.

I stayed with my husband, and unfortunately, our ground-floor room was very small and lacked a wardrobe. We had no choice but to keep our suitcase open on the floor throughout our entire stay, which made the space feel even more cramped and uncomfortable. For a stay of 5–7 nights, it’s simply not practical to live out of a suitcase instead of having proper storage. Given the price — comparable to beachfront properties — we expected more comfort and functionality.

Nice place to stay but we recommend higher floor

The place was clean and spacious. The location was good, next to the port. The staff was nice and friendly.

In the room we stayed in, there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom pipes. It was a little noisy due to the room location (we were in the basement rooms). If there is an option, i recommend you to choose a higher floor when booking.

The apartment is new but service was phenomenal. Cleaning every day, very friendly and helpful. BEST THING When we arrived there was some salt and sugar, some olive oil and some detergent for dishwashing. Then I open the fridge and 2 bottles of cold water were waiting for us :D Priceless!!!

A location for early spring, late autumn

The room was very modern. The balcony was a nice feature. We didn't used it because it was very sunny and hot and it had just a little shade. Although the outside temperature was only about 33 degrees Celsius. Not extremely hot.

The heat. Because it was a small building, the sun was heating both parts of the building, the front with the balcony and the back of the building. We slept with the air conditioning on all night because it was incredibly hot inside the room. The room was very cramped, you don't have to much space for the suitcases.

The sound isolation is very poor, you can hear the voice from the other appartment and the sound of their shower. Most of the mornings we woke up very early because of this.

The property almost everything you can think or need, from toaster to pegs for clothing and socket on the terrace of the room in case you need to charge your phone or laptop. Is very clean and very helpful staff including the cleaner Nope which was amazing! Even was an error caused by Booking.com, they sorter out immediately by offering a refund!

Is not about didn’t like something is about more like a suggestion to have installed a fan in the bathroom, thr one u turn on with the light switcher.

rooms are new, comfy and equipped with all necessary items. location was perfect, close enough to walk nikiti center and far enough to keep away from noise.

rooms are a bit small but it was professionaly designed, so wasn’t really a big deal.

All in all it was amazing!

The kindness and warmness of the hosts was amazing. The lady was very warm and welcoming. It would be a pleasure to come back. Also, the apartment was brand new and they cleaned the room every day!

Maybe the apartment is not the best for 4 adults cause there is only one bedroom which means that 2 ppl have to sleep in the living room.

Very clean and modern flat with all what you need. Near the port and the beach. Excellent choice ! The person in charge, a lady is extremely nice and welcome you very gently. She kindly lent me the washing machine and even do it for me. Place to go without any hesitation in Nikiti.
