Good vacation in nice room.

Very clean room. Big living room with double bed and kitchen. The balcon has a good sea view. Really nice garden with table and chairs. There are a bikes if you want to cycling. The room was cleaning every day and the towels were changing.

The bedroom on the second floor has a fairly low ceiling.

A lovely gem in a quiet area of Nikiti

Quiet location. Very pleasant flowing of water in the outside plunge pool. Nice and well-maintained yard. We appreciated the 3 bedroom apartment for families, it offers sufficient space (mind the wooden slanted ceilings as it’s easy to hit your head as you tuck in the kids!) Maria is very helpful! Good service and cleaning upon request.

A microwave in the bigger apartment would be helpful. We were unable to find the villa on Google maps but Maria was good with sending us instructions. As in many houses in the area, the walls are a little thin.

Wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind optimal aufgeteilt, Betten mit sehr bequemen Matratzen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und danken der netten Gastgeberin.

Локацията е идеална, в тихия район на Никити, но близко до морето. Мястото има всичко необходимо, включително и кухненски принадлежности и кафе машина с капсули. Терасата е хубава, има климатик и комарници. Лесно се намира място за паркиране в района на вилата.

Имаше някои неща, които не ни допаднаха - бравата на вратата на банята беше счупена, също така матракът беше доста твърд, но това е лично предпочитание. Външните щори са удобни, защото изолират външен шум, но за сметка на това стените са тънки и се чуваше като си говорят хората в другите стаи.

Bon appartement proche de tout

Le balcon assez grand avec chaises et table et étendage avec vue sur la piscine/bassin extérieur. Le calme du lieu. Les équipements sont plutôt bien et la literie confortable. L'appart est assez vaste et joliment décoré dans les tons beiges. Il est bien équipé et propose la climatisation également. Kit éponge produit vaisselle de base pratique pour ne pas avoir à acheter à minima cela.

Nous aurions apprécié que la poubelle soit vidée tous les jours et avoir un tapis de bain également changé tous les jours. Contrairement à ce qui était noté sur l'annonce, la Villa ne propose pas de service de blanchisserie/lavage de linge - nous avions pour notre part compté sur ce point pour choisir le lieu. Une poêle serait Utile, et peut être soit deux flûtes a champagne,soit deux verres a vin, mais un de chaque ce n'est pas optimal
