Great value, great property!

Everything was great, as shown in photos! Also to Highlight that we were left with plenty of cold water bottles which was a really nice touch considering the extreme hot weather in Nimes those days. We would recommend the place. We found a parking spot in front of the apartment and left the car there during our hole stay. Beds were comfy and the AC worked perfectly too.

extremely dissatisfied.

overwhelming musty smell as soon as we entered the property. we contacted owner who said just open the windows and let it air. not a suitable place for people with allergies or anyone that wants a place to rest after a long trip. Dirty linens for the sofa bed, pillow case provided had make up and stains on it and linens were not fresh. towels were like rags and no hand towels provided. took pictures. hand soap was very diluted with water, not a good idea during these times. we paid for two nights but only stayed one night, because the smell was pretty bad. host was not concerned.

Une petite pause sur Nîmes improvisée !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions de l'hôte (la table était mise, de l'eau fraîche dans le frigo, les lits préparés...) : un réel bonheur à l'arrivée. Et vraiment tout était à disposition pour nous éviter de tout sortir (ou trop se charger si c'est la première destination) : serviettes, draps, produits de premières nécessités bien que nous n'avons pas pu faire démarrer le lave vaisselle, mais par manque de temps, nous n'avons pas questionné. Le service est bien pensé, merci encore !

Bémol : l'emplacement... Très pénible pour se garer malheureusement. Pour une maison, c'est dommage de ne pas avoir un emplacement attitré. Même s'il s'agit du "centre". Et petit signalement bienveillant : nous avons eu peur de manipuler les portes des placards de la cuisine car beaucoup de choses sont accrochés de travers et bougent. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour.

Maison impeccable, bien équipée et idéalement située

La maison était impeccable à notre arrivée, la table déjà mise et de petites bouteilles d’eau attendent dans le frigo. La remise des clés a été simple, et l’hôte, très attentif, restait facilement joignable. Petit plus : la cuisine, pratique, fonctionnelle et spacieuse, ainsi qu’un market et une boulangerie juste à côté, accessibles à pied.

Le stationnement à proximité de la maison est difficile à trouver, la petite rue en face de la maison est étroite et fréquentée par des bus, et les voitures y roulent vite. Avec un trottoir très étroit et la présence d’enfants, cela peut être extrêmement dangereux

Le fait qu’il y ait deux vraies chambres séparées et une machine à laver.

1. L’emplacement : trop éloigné du centre-ville de Nîmes (20 minutes à pied). 2. Impossible de se garer à proximité… il faut tourner longtemps avant d’espérer trouver une place. 3. Appartement très sale en arrivant, dans un quartier vétuste. 4. Aucune aide de la part du propriétaire pour le ménage.
