The most special spot ever!
I don’t understand any negative reviews about this property - it is HEAVEN! We’ve been to both Villa Letizia and Villa Nigra - both absolutely gorgeous with the most incredible views. A really special and unique place - a gorgeous pool to cool off but still walkable to town. They are rustic Italian style, but that’s what makes them special! Luca, the host is very communicative and helpful. We will back next year! Thanks, Luca

La ubicación, en la parte alta de Cortona. Una maravilla.
Hacia frío en la casa a pesar de tener calefacción y no tiene mantas, no pudimos conectar la nevera porque no entraba el enchufe, se salía el agua del lavabo y de la ducha. Había telarañas en los techos y raro era el enchufe que no estaba descolgado. Para abrir y cerrar la puerta de la calle era un show y el acceso a la casa sin iluminación. Es una pena lo abandonada que la tienen, los cuadros cogidos con pinzas porque se caen a trozos. Además de dos perros debajo de la casa que lo mismo ladran a las 5.19h de la mañana que a las 11 de la noche. Uno de los días llegamos y la calefacción estaba apagada, pusimos el aire acondicionado y solo hacia ruido, no calentaba. La puerta de una de las habitaciones estaba descolgada y tenías que abrirla y cerrarla para salir. Por privado, el dueño me dice que tengo que darle 120e para la limpieza (muy fuerte si) antes de irme. Todos sabemos que eso ya se incluye en el precio y que no pueden pedirte nada fuera de booking.
