Le contact avec la personne qui gère l’établissement était très bon. La décoration était soignée, lits confortables, salle de douche avec une vraie cabine de douche (assez rare sur notre séjour en Arménie). Des idées de visites et de restaurations fournies par le propriétaire.

Rien, c’était peut être un des meilleurs logements qu’on a eu pendant notre séjour en Arménie.

I absolutely loved the accommodation! The house is cozy and beautifully designed, with so much attention to detail. The fully-equipped kitchen was a great bonus, and little touches like a welcome message, Wi-Fi codes in every room, towels, toiletries, and even an old standing clock made the stay extra special. The garland with lights and the cozy book-themed wallpaper corner added to the charm. But the highlight for me was the vintage radio, perfectly tuned to Yerevan.fm’s jazzy wave - what a thoughtful way to welcome guests! The beds were super comfortable, and everything was spotless - clean linens, dishes, floors, and surfaces. The host was incredibly friendly and cooperative, making the experience even better. This is the perfect place to stay when exploring the Lori region. All the must-visit spots - Lori Berd, Akhtala, Haghpat, the Dzoraget Canyon, Horomayr, Kobayr, Odzun and more - are within a one-hour (max 90 min) drive. Parking was easy, with plenty of space right outside the accommodation. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Lori!

The shower takes a bit of getting used to due to the gas heater, as the water can switch between being too hot or too cold at first. However, once we figured out how it works, it was absolutely fine, and we had no issues at all!

All clean and tidy and probably freshly renovated. Clear communication with the host.

Location is bad. Property pictures on booking are nice and cozy while in reality it’s on the semi-dead street with empty ruined buildings (see picture of the building directly other side of the street). Nearest food is only driving distance (you don’t wanna walk there in evening). This house has only 2 small single beds and one double bed. Somehow the sleeping couch is not there. Single beds were just too short for 1.85m male..
