We stayed at the guesthouse with my family and friends’ family, and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and professional, which made our experience even better.
From the very beginning everything was handled smoothly and professionally, the communication was clear, the service was exactly as promised, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I felt well taken care of the entire time and didn’t encounter a single issue. I truly can’t point to anything negative, and I would be happy to book again in the future.

Dom położony jest dość wysoko, przez co ma piękny widok na góry. Apartament świetnie wyposażony. Urządzony z gustem, jest bardzo przytulnie i przede wszystkim bardzo czysto. Właściciele bardzo mili.

I like absolutely everything, as well as all my friends and family who stayed with me. Starting from communication with Mane in booking messages, where she shared everything I asked, to the history of the hotel, it’s design, thoughtful delails, cleannes and appliences of both interior and garden. A place with great energy and wonderful people where we’ve spent three happy days of our life. Don’t think it over, just book it now ))))

Wonderful place in Stepanovan with an amazing view, awesome stuff and host, providing you with everything you may need, and even more, with full heart and soul :) Fresh air, great secluded location, well and thoughtful designed rooms, and garden, good quality room appliences and more. DEFINATELY recommend it to anyone :) Thanks a lot dear Mane and Andranik for the happy time, hospitality and kindness you’ve shared
