Apartmento Vista del Mar Tinache

We had a very pleasant stay. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the spacious balcony was very comfortable. It was also a great place to dry our laundry, which dried quickly in the fresh air. The washing machine worked well, the air conditioning was effective, and there was always plenty of hot water in the shower. Everything was very comfortable and convenient. We also really enjoyed having access to the swimming pool. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would happily recommend it.

There were a few issues during our stay. We noticed a sewage smell at times, which was unpleasant. We also felt that the cleaning could have been more thorough in some areas. We are very particular about cleanliness, so this may not bother every guest, but we ended up doing some additional cleaning ourselves before using the apartment. Another inconvenience was that the ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom only worked when the lights were turned on. It would have been much better if the fans could be operated independently, as it was not possible to use them while sleeping with the lights off.

La cercania a los diferentes comercios de la zona ysu cercania a la playa del ingles y las dunas de mas palomas, ademas la zona para aparcar era amplia y cercana al apartamento, aun en via publica.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado en una zona tranquila y se aparca genial. Las vistas son maravillosas. Está totalmente nuevo y puesto al detalle. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Tiene aire acondicionado en la zona del salón y ventilador de techo en salón y habitación. Se nos complicó la llegada y Olivier nos lo puso todo muy fácil.

Hay un olor constante a cañería y la nevera es un poco pequeña si vas a hacer una estancia larga y vida en la casa.

When I arrived the cleaner oliver met me and seemed very busy, quite curt in nature, upon looking round I realised that the Apartment wasn’t clean, dirty in fact, items/areas dirty, couldn’t get oliver so I contacted landlord, after contacting landlord oliver became less friendly, he sent me a message and when I tried to contact oliver back he would only then send replies back in Spanish, my phone is old as I’m 53 so google translate didn’t work, as the messages upset me, one of the neighbours saw me upset and was able to translate and show me how to copy message and use Google Translate, this ruined the stay for me as the cleaner could easily speak great English.
