Tja, das Bellen von zu großen und unkontrollierten Hunden in zu kleinen Wohnungen sollte man untersagen. In Deutschland tragen solche Maulkorb. Das vielen Menschen es nicht so mit Rücksicht und Ruhe haben weiss man ja, hatten Elefantenherde über mir,505, glaube man hat Corona vergessen wo keine Touristen kommen könnten. Aber ohne urlaubssuchenden, meist ruhigen und ordentlichen Touris haben die Kanaren keine Einnahmen und wenn man wieder nur in Hotels geht, weil dort meist ruhiger ist .geht manche Einnahmequelle auch unter, schade. Warum kann nicht einfach jeder Rücksicht nehmen. Im November Versuch ich es neu, vielleicht ist es dort ruhiger. Und vielleicht mal die Lichtschalter überprüfen!

Ormai è come se tornassimo a casa! Per la terza volta abbiamo prenotato questo appartamento,perché siamo trovati bene sotto tutti i punti di vista! Sergio ci accoglie sempre al nostro arrivo. Casa accogliente, bella piscina, poco frequentata e qundi tranquilla, supermercato e ristoranti a due passi ,e Jumbo a 5 min a piedi.

Nulla....magari una macchina per il caffè espresso!!

The staff : Mr. Sergio is really helpful and very attentive. He is always replying about your inquiries either by call or via whatsapp. Location : the location is excellent, 2 supermarket 3 mins away by walk, yumbo center is 5 mins walk.. Dunes are 12 mins walk. Facilities : the apartment has everything you need (full equipped kitchen, laundry, 1 room twin beds and the sofa bed in the living room, nice size bathroom, a spacious balcony)

The good points about this apartment is firstly the view, this a top floor apartment with sea views. The balcony is nice and large with a full size table and four chairs, the sliding windows are good on the balcony as at times it can be quite breezy on out there. The living area is adequate which incorporates the kitchen area. The washing machine is good. There's a good sized fridge freezer and a good four ring hob. The bedroom is ok, it has two single beds pushed together and actually makes a very good sized double, There's a good size storage cupboard for clothes which should really have sliding doors and not opening doors as they get caught on the bedroom door frequently. There is a good sized walk in shower which is pretty powerful. A modern basin too.

Now the bad points! This apartment has been modernised but in a half hearted manor and could be so much better. The sliding windows on the balcony are tired and could do with some maintenance as only one of the four was easy to open. The kitchen should be ripped out and redesigned from scratch, it's an old kitchen which been partially modernised. The sink is awkward to get to in the corner of the kitchen with large fridge freezer next to it. The cupboard door under the sink was hanging off The very small table top oven is a joke (not big enough to get a pizza in it) and also takes ages to cook things. An apartment of this cost should have a full sized built in oven. We had to buy a couple of forks to eat our food with as the ones supplied were tiny. In the bathroom, the toilet was in a tight position in the corner sitting up on a raised plinth which made it a little awkward to get to and sit on, the toilet area didn't smell too fresh either. The hooks in the shower area were loose and swivelled around, looking at marks on the wall these have been like this for a long time! As with the kitchen, the bathroom has been kind of modernised but could be done to a far higher standard. The lights in the main living area and balcony look like they've been plucked out of the 1990's, dreadful!
