C’est un petit appartement absolument impeccable, et très bien localisé, duquel il est possible de tout faire en marchant, rejoindre la plage ou sortir le soir, d’autre part, l’arrêt de bus au pied de la résidence permet de se rendre rapidement partout, à Las Palmas qui est extraordinaire, les villages de montagne, l’aéroport …
Autre point important que je relève à chacun de mes séjours ici, la résidence donne sur la piscine et des villas avec jardins, les dunes à l’horizon, avec l’exposition soleil couchant, c’est une vue apaisante et de toute beauté.
