Niet echt een balkon maar een loggia. Ook goed maar balkon is fijner.

Location is amazing, and it's a super practical area. Since it's not a heavy-activity area, and commerce closes at an acceptable hour, it tends to be a lot quieter than other areas. it has quite a few shops around, so you can walk when you need smaller market items. It's one of the rare places with proper blinds to reduce morning light on the main bedroom. While small, the apartment has decent use of space. It had 2 tiny bathrooms, which is very practical for multiple people.

While it has a small kitchen, the kitchenware is sparse, and pots are in a terrible state, which makes cooking even a simple soup impossible. The window blinds NEED to be repaired, since they don't come down completely. For the price, I was hoping to at least not find these small issues. No Wi-Fi lowers value. The mattress is soft, so if you need a more stiff mattress, you won't like it (I do prefer stiffer mattresses, but found a spot on the bed that allowed me to sleep decently).

The location was brilliant. The apartment was clean + modern.

We would have liked more clean towels as we stayed there for a week. A clothes maiden to hang wet items on would have been a bonus.

Muchas cosas como el aire en la sala, el entendedor de ropa dañado, el armario recién pegado, la puerta de encima de la campana despegado, cuando entramos habia un hombre pegando el armario, un poco sucio los aseos y duchas , el sofá tenía arena la verdad no muy limpio
