Spacious apartment, well-suited for a family. Good shower facilities, washing machine really helped us. It even has an office table. The design is also clean-white as shown on the photos. Very close to the center and all amenities. Shops nearby (Blyzenko). Thank you!
Stairs are specific to this old building but once you get used to them no more problems.

мальюсенький нюанс, але це взагалі не критично- невистачило лопатки для взуття

Місце розташування. Сам будинок цікавий
Тут 4 поверх, куди ведуть гвинтові сходи, де комфортно могла б вміститись 1 людина, тому якщо у вас тяжка валіза - подумайте. Також при оренді квартири я вказала, що нас буде жити 3 людини, відповідно так ми і заплатили. Проте, коли ми заїхали до номеру, після довгої дороги, побачили, що застелене тільки одне ліжко. Коли ми спитали у власників чому так, вони пояснили, що не застелять друге ліжко і ми маємо зробити це самі. Після того побачили, що у ванній кімнаті при користуванні умивальником, з нього сильно тече вода. Тому ми ним увесь час мили руки, чистили зуби та ін на кухні.
