Чудове помешкання з сучасним ремонтом. Дуже чисто, охайно. Для проживання є все необхідне (в буквальному сенсі).Центр міста, парковка через дорогу, але треба домовитись із консʼєржем за розміщення вашого авто (домовитись не важко, нам попався привітний чоловічок). Ще з великих плюсів- можливе розміщення з собачкою. Поряд парк, купа кафе, магазинів, аптек. Після бронювання звʼязалась приємна дівчина і ми одразу все вирішили і домовились. Моя сімʼя була задоволена цим місцем.

Квартира виглядає навіть краще ніж на фото, все дуже чисто і зручно.
Дуже погано працював змішувач води і душі. Доволі гучно навіть вночі.
