Fabulous location and a very comfortable, charming apartment.

The location was fantastic - Rue Cadet is a foodie paradise. A short 20min walk to the Louvre and the Seine via old picturesque streets. The hosts allowed us to drop our bags off before check in because our flight was an early one.

The info to enter the apartment was not sent prior to our arrival so there was a little bit of messing around - messaging back and forth - to get in, which was a bit stressful after 24 hours flying.

Great location, clean

Location was very good. Tidy and clean. Comfortable beds.

Was a bit noisy from the street, but was manageable. Day curtains missing. Toilet seat was too small. Shower had nowehere to put anything. Soap was from some random industrial bottles. But all of these are minor things.

Not a place for family very bad host

If you are a couple or single then the location is good but if you are a family forget about it.

I didn’t like the communication with the host, I didn’t like that the toilet door was broken , we didn’t take shower neither my kids because the shower plate was dirty and we find hair. I didn’t like that you advise a property but then you ask me to do the bed for my son on the top they also ask me to pay 30 euros for a cot and I didn’t use because they want provide you sheet for the bed, so my questions is what’s the point to add cot in your options? a the end we sleeper in 4 in one bed with two pillow , we found another one but we didn’t even know if was clean. From a person who come from hospitality I would not suggest this place to anyone, not only for all the bad point but also for the hosts. I’m not expecting someone to tell me “ ask me nicely to make the bed for your son” when the bed was supposed to be ready on my arrivale because the place was booked for 4.

Posizione ottima per visitare la città sia a piedi che con i mezzi, data la vicinanza della metro. Studio ben arredato e completo di tutto.

Il lavandino del bagno avrebbe avuto bisogno di essere sturato, ma non c'era uno sturoalavandini e così abbiamo dovuto fare attenzione nell'uso dell'acqua del lavandino. Una lampadina affianco al letto era fulminata e una luce più forte vicino al divano per leggere la sera sarebbe stata utile.

Pas de mot de passe pour le Wi-Fi. Personne au téléphone me l a donné vite fait je n ai jamais pu me connecter. Pas de petit savon pour la douche. Donc pensez bien à votre gel douche.

Výborný apartmán v blízkosti metra

Apartmán je vo výbornej lokalite, blízkosť metra s linakami priamo do Louvre, do blízkosti Eiffel Tower (Trocadéro alebo École Militaire) a ďalšie. V blízkom okolí nájdete všetko potrebné (potraviny, reštaurácie, ...), okolie bolo čisté, cítili sme sa tu dobre a bezpečne. Apartmán je na prvom poschodí dostupný točenými schodmi, ale bol tam aj malý výťah, ktorý vám pomôže s ťažkým kufrom. Klimatizácia zabezpečila príjemnú teplotu aj keď boli vonku horúčavy. Je tam dostatok úložných priestorov a aj keď sme boli štyria, necítili sme sa stiesnene. Príjemným prekvapením boli 2 záchody. Deti ocenili aj dobrú WiFi (kód nebol v apartmáne, ale po vyžiadani sme ho dostali do pár minút).

Uprednostňujem ubytovania s otváranim dverí pomocou kódov, ale v tomto prípade musíte zadávať 4 kódy: do budovy, do vchodu, do takého zádveria a do samotného apartmánu. Prvé 3 kódy sú 6-miestne, to si po 3 zadaní zapamätáte, ale do bytu je potrebné zadať 9-miestny kód, uprednostnil by som kratší, max. 6-miestny. Byt bol čistý, možno odtok sprchového kútu by sa mohol prečistiť, ale medzi schodmi a apartmánom bolo také zádverie a tu sa už dlhšie neupratovala podlaha, nerobí to dobrý prvý dojem. Náš apartmán mal okná do ulice, kde sú reštaurácie a iné prevádzky. Treba počítať s tým, že do polnoci sú otvorené reštaurácie a od rána sú tieto prádzky zásobované tovarom prípadne chodia sem smetiari. Okná nemajú schopnosť tento hluk stlmiť ani keď sú zatvorené, preto by som tento byť nedoporučoval tomu, kto pre pokojný spánok vyžaduje ticho.

Apartamento cómodo, seguro y acogedor. Equipado, acondicionador de aire. Su localización fue excelente. Muchos lugares para comer en la misma calle y esta cerca del metro.

La ducha del baño no drena bien por lo que se tarda en bajar el agua mientras se utiliza.

Problemas no check-in, falta de suporte booking, sem reembolso

O espaço condiz com as fotos, as camas são confortáveis, a cozinha tem todos os itens necessários, o segundo banheiro é muito útil quando se trata de hospedagem 3 ou 4 pessoas. A localização é muito boa, metrô e ônibus nas proximidades. A rua é praticamente de pedestres e existe todo tipo de comércio ao sair do edifício.

Tive problema com o check-in automático. Passaram 3 códigos, 2 funcionaram, o último para acesso ao apartamento não funcionou. Já havia passado na meia noite, não consegui contato imediato com o locatário, tampouco com a equipe do booking. Tive que providenciar hotel de última hora para 4 pessoas. Na manhã seguinte por volta das 9h da manhã, entramos em contato com o locatário, nos foi passado outro código de entrada, e pudemos entrar no apartamento. No fim de tudo isso, equipe booking entendeu que eu me hospedei tranquilamente sem nenhum problema e o locatário não fez reembolso da primeira diária. Quanto ao apartamento tivemos problema com o ralo do chuveiro, que entupiu no 3 dia de uso. Em algumas horas o locatário mandou um funcionário que resolveu a questão. O 2 banheiro apresentava algum vazamento na louça, pois o chão sempre estava com um risco d'água. Quanto ao movimento da rua, o lado ruim é o barulho, já que alguns restaurantes ficam até 1h ou 2h da manhã abertos. De manhã pelas 7h começam trabalhos de limpeza da rua, com barulhos de garrafas arremessadas nos caminhões de coleta. O apartamento não possui vidros antirruído, nem vedação para luz na sala.

Fikk nøkkelkodene til dørene på watsapp fra verten. Det fungerte aldeles strålende. Leiligheten passet veldig god til oss. Verten var veldig imøtekommende og hyggelig. Beliggenheten var veldig bra. Da det var en rolig gate, samtidig som det flere butikker og spisesteder i gaten og i gatene rundt. Det var kort vei å gå til flere t- banestasjoner. .

La limpieza no estaba bien. Encontramos cosas olvidadas debajo de las puertas de los placares. El piso estaba sucio. Nosotros no nos quedábamos en todo el día. Pero había una obra que si uno se queda podría molestar

Dość uciążliwe było wchodzenie do mieszkania ponieważ wymagało wpisania aż 4 różnych kodów. W mieszkaniu brakowało akcesoriów do mycia i lokum było kiepsko posprzątane, zwłaszcza łazienka a konkretnie prysznic. Dodatkowo mieszkanie jest bardzo ciemne

La posizione il resto era pessimo.

Tutto tranne la posizione. La casa era sporca, con tutti segni su muri e porte. Sotto il letto oltre la polvere i segni di precedenti soggiorni. Non viene fornito nulla di quanto descritto. Ascensore piccolo e inutilizzabile per trasportare carrozzina o passeggino come anche la cucina, nonostante avevo richiesto conferma, ha solo due padelle (ho richiesto una pentola che non ho mai ricevuto). Sono stati dati i codici di ingresso alla persona che doveva arrivare il giorno del checkout prima del nostro. Morale della favola alle 9:30 (checkout alle 11) del mattino due persone sono entrate dentro casa nostra. Per non parlare del letto aggiuntivo per mio figlio richiesto e se lo sono venuti a riprendere solo perchè non avevo letto i messaggi inviati che richiedeva di lasciarli in camera (dopo due giorni di un soggiorno di sei notti pagato 1200€. Nient'altro da aggiungere.

cadet역이 가깝고 cadet역을 이용해서 이곳 저곳 다니기 좋았음. 화장실이 2개임. 냉장고도 적당히 넉넉했음. 현관 앞에 옷이나 가방을 걸 수 있어서 편리했음. 작은 엘레베이터가 있어서 캐리어를 쉽게 옮김. 숙소 바로 앞 거리에 식당들이 있어 배고플때 유용함.

숙소 구석에 먼지가 있고, 바닥 카펫트도 오래 세탁되지 않은 느낌이라 아쉬웠음. 세탁기와 건조기는 공용 공간에서 사용가능하나 건조기는 빨래가 잘 마르지 않았음.
