Welcome to this lovely 150 m² flat, situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift).
Modern and tastefully decorated in a minimalist style, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions (shops, transport links, etc.) and is the ideal base from which to explore the city.
The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, furnished with a sofa (not a sofa bed) and a television. A pool table and sports equipment are available for your use.
The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.
The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), kitchen utensils and crockery.
The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The beds – one king-size (180×200), one queen-size (160×200) and one double (140×200) – are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Each bedroom has storage space to help you settle in comfortably.
There are 2 bathrooms available, one of which has a shower and the other a bath.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke alarm for your safety.
The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of this rule being broken.
